Addison Lee – a private hire operator – command a fleet of 4,000 vehicles that bring in £200m in revenue every year. They also operate a private coach company with a fleet of 100 coaches of different sizes, carrying out over 20,000 jobs a day.
CafePoint, the specialist supplier of out-of-office refreshment and vending solutions, has been contracted by Addison Lee to provide hot and cold beverages as well as snacks for their headquarters and London-based Estate buildings.
The vending machines to be used for the CafePoint & Addison Lee contract are manufactured by Westomatic, a privately owned, UK-based British company that’s been in the vending industry for 47 years.
“We are delighted to be working with Addison Lee. We’ve spent time making sure we understand exactly what they are trying to achieve, as well as offering them advice and the benefit of our experience along the way.” Gary Lewis, managing director of Cafepoint said.
“Our team has taken a completely new look at the refreshment service they offer and suggested how they develop it.” He continues, “This year is our 7th year anniversary – in business, being awarded this contract is a marvelous way to mark our anniversary year.”
Westomatic’s CEO Richard Brinsley said: “We were delighted to undertake another exciting project in London with Cafepoint,” and added that the modified black branding for the vending machines seamlessly blends with Addison Lee’s backdrops.
Addison Lee will be one of the first companies to adopt Westomatic’s newest vending machines in London.
