Cafepoint Provides Machine to The Salvation Army in Dorchester

The Salvation Army in Dorchester recently celebrated the first year anniversary of their town centre shop opening. The shop, in Trinity street welcomed people to celebrate the anniversary with them and enjoy a cup of coffee, hot chocolate or tea for free along with Cafepoint.

Cafepoint recently installed a brand new coffee station and contributed over 1000 free drinks to help with The Salvation Army’s celebrations. Moving forwards, the charity will be selling quality coffee from the new installation.

The coffee station that Cafepoint provided produces coffee with Cafepoint’s own blend of freshly ground Mocha Italia beans, the beans are roasted specially for Cafepoint in Italy and shipped to the UK, the same beans are found in specialist coffee shops in Italy .

The new self service coffee station is a great way for the Salvation Army’s customers to grab a quality Cafepoint coffee on the go. The coffee station is designed to be simple to use and maintain, and provides the same high standard of drink for every customer time and time again, it is the quickest and easiest way to ensure  customers enjoy a delicious, quality cup of coffee every time. The Salvation Army’s Customers can pay at the machine with cash or by electronic payment.

Cafepoint Director Gary Lewis said – “Cafepoint have a great relationship with the Salvation Army and we were more than happy to get involved with their first year celebration. I was pleased to hear that the free hot drinks were very well received on the day, and hope moving forwards the machine and service Cafepoint provide can help the charity to raise important funds.”
