Cafépoint was approached by the procurement department of one of the largest housing associations, we were retained to consult on the best beverage and snack/cold drink solutions for their new and exciting office refurbishment projects.
As one of the UK’s leading housing associations, they own and manage around 33,000 homes across London and the east of England. Their stock portfolio includes a range of properties – from temporary housing to rented homes, homes for sale, and supported housing.
Our client is also part of the G15 group, which is made up of London’s largest housing associations. They are responsible for providing homes for around one in ten people living in the capital. Around 25% of all new homes under development in London are being built by G15 housing associations, this includes our client.
Our client has maintained its A2 rating from the credit rating agency Moody’s, reflecting a stable outlook and solid financial performance for the year.

To introduce innovative, quality refreshment machines. This includes high bespoke coffee bean machines, quality healthy snacks, as well as chilled and café style drinks. This all comes with the back up and after sales service.
Our client was supplied with the same fully managed refreshment offering by a large regional supplier based outside London for many years. The solution provided hot drinks, cold drinks and snacks. This was offered to over 200 members of staff, all employed by our client, at their UK head office and their West London office.
